There should be a law against trolling like this. I recall using software that does this well-intentioned of poppycock in the 1970s before the web was around. Even a steppe of contents or an mark could be said to impinge on. This is so unclear it should also be chucked. Perhaps they will grip the court’s interest with a third amended grumble or add a few hundred other software patent claims.
