how can i set up a patent medicine store in kaduna, nigeria?

i am interested in setiing up a patent medicine fund in kaduna, nigeria and i would like to grasp the requirements to be able to do that. can any one help me out.

1) You necessity to be a Nigerian national living in Kaduna.
2) You necessity to know who controls the 'legal' aspects (issuing of permits etc.) and passage the right person

When you and I wake up in the morning a series of automatic microhabits of sense and gratitude take over. These habits build our “mean-sense” idea of the sawbones and the collective worlds. In episode these habits order a identified with segmenting of the routine objects that we bump into into those that are “animate” (agents) and “spiritless” (non-agents). Within the subset of agents that we endow with “animacy” we recognize those that have a comparison to you and me (we use the rates b standing “humans” to refer to them) and those who do not. We use the “humans” in a curious way, for illustration, by holding them guilty for their actions, getting mad at them if they do not recognize our continuation but we have once upon a time acknowledged theirs, saying “Hello” to some of them in the morning, etc. We also ascribe detached powers and abilities to those humans (and perhaps to those furry non-someone agents whom we have grown even to).
