Is there a standard/appropriate way to label art that is hanging for display and is for sale?

I have two art pieces (not my art) in my aegis that are for sale. I want to label them correctly. Is there a guideline way to label art? I know I've seen placards under

Our new wine label, art by Kreg Yingst « Paula O'Brien

We bottled our latest quantity of stingingly made wine with our hackneyed corps of four couples last September. We start with authentic freshly squashed grapes, force them and age the wine in an oak barrel in a bird’s garage so it’s the actual grapple with and mainly turns out dulcet darned well. This year I pronounced to lift a new label for our offensive reservoir of about 72 bottles. Kreg Yingst has a capacious locale of quirky woodcuts and other styles and is featured on our figurative artist place . His essence above of the man with plates spinning on sticks sums up my own duration and even has his own name in red already included within this stamp. My crystal clear plotter sister-in-law Rowan helped me pinch my contemplate level with the lettering and spacing and I’m thoroughly tickled pink with this amusing new label for our latest collection of Cabernet Merlot. When I first saw Kreg’s effort, it was these quirky woodcut pattern that unquestionably attracted me and I knew I’d use this one for something. Thanks Kreg! Thanks Rowan! Thanks beau wine makers! Tickled pink New Year to all!
